1. Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them.
2. Choose transport option and pay Available shipping methods are Smartpost or Omniva parcel terminals. You can pay via an online bank transfer (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay) or using another payment method. Prices are shown in euros. Payments are processed via Montonio Finance OÜ
3. Order is confirmed after successful payment has been confirmed If you wish to pay by bank transfer the bank details are as follows:

If order is not paid during 5 days, we will cancel the order. As the stock of products is constantly changing, the stocks may not correspond to 100% of the actual stock at all times.
Validity of contract of sale
1.1. The conditions of the sales apply to all online store customers (customer) and the owner of online store reiutall.ee(Reiu Tall OÜ).
1.2. The terms of sale are in accordance with the legal norms in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Reiutall.ee has a right to change terms and prices. Changes in terms and prices shall take effect from the moment the information appears on the website www.reiutall.ee. Terms and prices apply on the moment when order is placed or the payment is done.
1.5. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she has read the terms of sale and agrees with them.
Price list
2.1. Prices on reiutall-ee webpage are shown in euros and shipping costs are not included. Available shipping methods are Itella Smartpost and Omniva parcel terminals.
2.2. Shipping costs are shown in checkout and on the invoice.
2.3. Shipping costs are calculated as one order is ment to be shipped on one address. In case, Customer would like to ship products on different locations, he/she must place different orders. If there are products with different delivery times in one order, all products are sent together as one order. If products are too big for parcel terminals (fences, poles, posts), delivery will be organized individually.
2.4. Reiutall.ee has a right to change prices. Terms and prices apply on the moment when order is placed or the payment is done.
Placing an order and payment process
3.1. Customer’s shopping cart is generated on the moment he/she has clicked on button “Add to Cart”.
3.2. To complete the order, Customer have to fill in the forms on Checkout page and click the button “Place order” .
Shipping
4.1 Delivery times for stock items- 3 working days. Depending availability of goods or the service of parcel terminals, shipping time may be extended. Delivery time for items that are out of stock: 5-20 working days. If “out of stock” items are not available, reiutall.ee will inform Customer via e-mail and confirms new delivery time.
4.2 Delivery time is calculated from the moment, order is paid.
Right of withdrawal and return of the goods
5.1. Customer has a right to return the goods within 14 days since receiving the goods (except p5.8.).
5.2. To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address reiutall@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. There are no returns for the products that are custom ordered for the customer.
5.3. Declaration of withdrawal must contain order number.
5.4. Reiutall.ee has the right to submit a claim for damages to the Customer if the product has been damaged upon return.
5.5. The advance payment for the canceled order (except the transport cost) will be returned to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days after submitting the application to the e-mail address reiutall@hotmail.ee, provided that the goods are returned to the reiutall.ee warehouse within this time.
5.6. Customer is responsible for paying for return of the goods (except p 5.7).
5.7. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
5.8. The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.
5.9. The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale:
– if products are not available in the warehouse and Customer do not accept alternative products.
– if order is not paid in 5 days.
Other conditions:
6.1. The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.
6.2. If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale. If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee.
